As far as I understand it, it's like a video application to show knowledge of the system, so you can become an affiliate.
An affiliate is an official 10PJJ Moon. I think.

Eddie, you do an amazing job!! I think there is way more dedication to the system out there than you even know. Your system is fun, inspiring, easy to follow and very effective. 2012 is a big year for 10th Planet UK, here's to a new moon in the UK at least every 6 months! Lookin fwd to training with Luke sometime soon.
