Its your shin, not the bottom of your foot. You could however go loco on them and put your dirty foot on their face and make them smell it, or taste it if their mouth is open. Then we are talking dirty.
Switch to a shell choke instead of giving them a hairy shin/nasty foot facial. I would be upset if your foot got in my mouth.
Wear tights/ankle sleeves and drill it. We got to hit it in competition
If your feet smell like horse then yes it's a dirty move, otherwise no, facial platas rule :)

Facial platas and gogos are where its at. Teabag triangle is way worse in my opinion. But still awesome.
