It kind of depends on where you are at with your game. From my own experiences, when I was still in the phase of having to think out every little move, being stoned was a little overwehlming. Once I got to the point where I could go through the motions without having to plan everything out 3 steps ahead, weed improves my game ten-fold.

Yep.

Hard to say though, tolerance and mindset are huge factors. I definitely smoke and reflect on what I should take away from each training session afterwards.

Before is good, after is good. And if you can get away with during, then by all means. Also, use edibles. That's where it's at :)
