wow, amazing episode Jake!! So much to add to my game (or take out) soo little time. Seems like I'll get around to putting all the stuff from this video to practical use when I am about 60 years old. Trying to teach and develop my persoal game to Black belt level at the same time seems almost impossible after watching this. My brain is a spinning ball of mush right now!!

If you check MGinaction the move is called the 2-on-1. Lots of great content on there about it.

I think more of the modern champs are doing a 50/50 split, thankfully. Places like the Mendes bros, Braulio, Galvao, Cobrinha, Hall, etc.

Some awesome Marcelo 2 on 1 stuff (the grip from the video) Cool to note that Marcelo rarely uses the regular arm drag anymore. he mostly just uses this Russian 2 on 1 grip from the seated guard instead.

The 2on1 control from butterfly is money, been working on it for a while now, when you get that back take from it it feels good man

I learned a lot about nogi grip fighting from this roll!

No lie I just did a video showing one of my fave go to sweeps. 2 on 1 control sweep from guard...It'll be posted up in a day or so, shot a bunch of stuff and now editing it down.

Shouldn't that brain oh his be protected by a helmet while riding the streets of NYC?
