I got a guy to tap from a one-arm guillotine on the wrong side while he was in my half guard. And that was just from him feeling "uncomfortable", not my super human strength :)

tap from feeling uncomfortable in chill dog haha
I have got taps from the lockdown and probably could have had taps from guard clinch but when I hear all their wind leave them and they make weird noises I ussually lighten up so I can roll longer.
Perhaps he means that he can roll longer in the current situation? Such as instead of tapping people from the guard clinch, (learning nothing) going further and trying different stuff from the guard
If Kevin gives you the eye or asks if you brought your "A" game it will be a tap-fest.
i've tapped recently to some type of neck crank that i didnt recognize avoiding a serious injury , other times i prematured tapped due to broken toes , nerve pain in my back , and when arm barred to avoid injury , my elbows are in pain daily due to some guys trying to break my arm
I find it somewhat annoying when someone taps when I'm working for a rear-naked choke. I suck at them so it would be nice to actually get under someones chin once in a while, lol.
