EMTs, medics, nurses, PCAs, etc, all see plenty of naked patients. There is nothing erotic or exciting about it, trust me. I work in an ER and I have been on ambulances as an EMT as well. The overwhelming majority of patients are in pain and suffering. Granted, the majority of women who have to see their OBGYN are not in pain or suffering, but they are there for purely professional reasons, just like the doctor. Of course there is still going to be that minuscule portion of the population that have legitimately deranged minds and very serious psych issues. Sure, maybe some of them are OBGYN, just like every other occupation ever.
