"That's the best BJ I've ever seen"
"Just hours before the UFC 155 weigh-ins, MMA Junkie has confirmed that Mike Goldberg will not be commentating tomorrow's PPV event due to illness. Instead former Jon Anik, who's been in the booth for UFC On FUEL TV events, will be joining Joe Rogan to call the action. This is the first time Rogan and Anik have been teamed up since Jon joined the UFC team."
I wonder who "former Jon Anik" is now? Get Eddie back into the commentary position, with Joe! That would be some funny shit.
Anik did not mesh well with Joe. I missed Goldie
Anik said 3-4 things where I had absolutely no idea what he was referring to or what he was insinuating. I'm too high to remember what they were right now, but I remember saying out loud after each of them, what in the fuck is he talking about.
Eddie & Joe would be the shit, the return of rape choke & blow your load. Anik is too corporate
I feel like that EVERY single time with Goldie too though tbh. I think the only time I have ever thought Rogan was talking shit was when he said something like 'that was the greatest comeback in ufc history' after the Boetsch Okami fight a few months or so ago. Even then he pretty much immediately back-tracked. He was damn excited though so was understandable.
As far as Anik and Goldie go, I feel with both of them when I listen to them it feels like they are only there because they are paid to do it. With Rogan you can hear the fight fan in him. So much more enthusiasm and passion. You cant fake/act that and get away with it for too long.
Rogan is so far ahead of the rest of the field its ridiculous. UFC events without him just aren't the same. POWERFUL Joe Rogan! :-)
Bring in bas rutten!
Joe and the Voice or Joe and Bas. Man that would be insane. I'd be just as pumped for that as a lot of title fights
