please show them the triangle, & some basic collar chokes from the guard. all girls should at least know that. I heard about this on NPR all those dudes should have there nuts cut off. a girl was raped hear while jogging & i was in the holding tank with the dude that did it & someone broke his jaw when word spread, & he was a bitch ass dude just laying on the floor yelling for help, all that girl would have needed is 4 weeks of jiujitsu & she could have killed his ass

MAd props Arun, I admire u for organizing that. I've been pleading with the females I meet to work on basic ground game defense hopefully this tragedy gets more women ready to defend themselves.

Dude that is fantastic, what a beautiful act by a human being to teach women self defense for free after such a brutal attack. Thanks for sharing Arun, I would love to do something similar in the UK, a jiu jitsu based self defense course for women.
