We are lucky in that our yoga instructor is one of our Jiu Jitsu students and she is awesome. We do hot yoga and she works with us to come up with things that directly translate into flexibility, dexterity, and balance for jitz. Not sure why my avatar is rotated lol:cool:

touché sir. Yoga pants are one of the greatest discoveries this millennia. And we found the Higgs-Boson.

Yoga is excellent, I suffered so much less from jits injuries when I could do yoga regularly. Haven't been training enough of either lately.
