Garbage ethics from a garbage school imo. And I thought jiu jitsu was supposed to be about bettering yourself. Looks like the authorities at that school should take a lesson from what they're supposed to be teaching.

Also, its not as if they can track you going down to 10thplanet, especially if its just twice a month.

You definately made the right choice then, I hope I don't have the same situation where I train, once i get my flexibiliy up and start incorporating rubber guard, as there's nowhere else to train for miles around. best of luck.
