I was watching that with Cora and we put it on replay OVER and OVER and OVER, all the meanwhile wondering what 10thplanet gym he goes to...:) That was really nice. But excuse my ignorant... that shin on the neck, I've seen it done many times, but what exactly does it do??? does it help to flip the guy over? I've been stuck on the swim move. Want to teach Cora this swim move, whenever I fully understand it. I'm just stuck on the shin on the neck part right now. I want to teach Cora the swim move because she keep going to the belly down armbar when doing the armbar because kid's arms are so flexible that they force her to rotate into the belly down, then they helicopter out of it most of the time.
ON another note: that KO of King Mo was a flashback from the Overreem / Bigfoot fight. MO just got to damn cocky. I just LOVE it when a cocky guy get the shiitt knocked out of him. I hope the rest of these cocky guy take notes.
i ain't no eddie bravo but i'd say that shin on the neck keeps em from moving in at you and gets it out of the way of the swim. but damn, Mo caught a Blow Yo!
The shin pushes the neck to help flip dude over :)
Thank you. We will start drilling on it.
Only took like a minute to find, download, then upload on youtubes. Technology can be awesome sometimes

Dived on that deep hook! Awesome!
Is there a specific way to pull the leg (the one you control in spiderweb) to help the swim move. Like say you deep hook, shin on the neck and then you grab the ankle to help flip them. Iv seen people grab the ankle and pull it in an arching motion going upward. I usually grab the ankle and pull it towards me like in a line. Just wondering if theres a specific way. Cause pulling their leg in a linear motion for some reason helps me flip them easier. Just wanna make sure Im not doing things wrong
Sweet!!! Great spot. Thanks for posting the video
