Do it bro. It'll actually help you focus on different parts of your game. Being flexible is a bad thing sometimes. Theres a lot of my game that has suffered because I'm flexible. I'm just now putting the reps in to make up for it. In the long run technique > altheticism/flexibility

It's a great camp to train for sure, Jeremy Fields and Sean Bollinger are amazing teachers and explain everything so perfectly. So are Gus and Rick (don't know your guys' last names lol). My friend and I recently started training there a week ago and all we ever talk about it how much fun we have.

im 5'11 260...just remember,10thplanet is more then just rubber guard and twister....you have the basics of bjj and the 10th planet system has many sweeps and submissions that us big guys can do.
to be honest while the system eddie has created is great...the main reason i train at a 10th planet school is the comradery, and teamenship,(have not found this as much in other schools) plus while it seems there is a lack of big guys to roll with i find the smaller guys use alot more techniqe and it has sharpened my skills better then me trying to out muscle some guy my size

I'm 6'2" and thanks to a car wreck, am now in the 300 lbs range. Like Eddie said some of the bottom work is kinda rough, but you will get flexible. and on top, I'm pretty good because of the Roy Nelson third arm. Just my two cents.
