Not sure. Try googling "10th Planet all stars" and you might find a highlight on youtube or something. Excellent DVD, but short.

So one thing that really caught my ear in this interview was when Denny was talking about Yoga. He said something to the effect that he can almost heal injuries through his Yoga and meditation.
I would like to know more about that.
Can anyone chime in a recommend a book or something to get started on research? Denny?

I know there are a LOT of different types of Yoga out there, so I am particularily interested in the type that Denny finds so helpful. I don't want to buy the wrong book and waste time reading about the wrong type, etc.

Denny practices kundalini yoga. I'm sure he does a lot of yoga styles but kundalini is the one we spoke the most about.
