midwest training camp

The first day of camp with Denny was incredible, Two traing sessions and kundalini yoga. Good Times!

WOW.... I thought this was a nice easy going training camp, but these two women put it on each other like noone's business. Those forearm to the throat was crazy!!!!!

They did get a bit excessive to the point that my neck is still swollen three days later. It was classic wrestling vs. jiu jitsu and I'm happy I was able to last the entire 15 minute round considering the 20 year Grappling difference! I saw after watching the video that people didn't think I had it in me. My teammates were even shocked!
