Dude you have worked so hard for it! I remember the first time I met you it was just Frank, you and me on the mats. Everytime I see you it is astounding to see how much progress you have made, considering how big you were man and now we compete together in the same weight class. You have a level head and an open mind, you have trained up a bunch of beasts. Being there to see your progress and also your promotion was something I am glad I got to have witnessed! I will never forget us cutting that weight for Pan Pacs and then afterwards eating all of that golden dragon food and getting violently sick that night hahaha... Here's to many more good times brother, I'm proud to call you my friend.

For those of you that don't know Jem and Nat are holding it down in Tassie and Nat's been collecting gold medals one neck at a time on her way to a being awarded her well deserved blue belt on Saturday too.
I wish I had her comp record she's a beast!

Congrats Jason. It was obvious on the day how much it meant to you and now reading a bit of your story I wish I had taken the time to say congrats to you personally on the day.

And also big congrats to Nat too.

It was a great day meeting everyone. I had a mate come along who hadn't done any 10th Planet stuff or been involved in this Forum at all and he commented on the way home how awesome everyone was at the seminar. BJJ is full of great people but the percentage of awesome people involved in 10th Planet seems to be off the charts.
