Congratulations Kurzy and just remember to never, ever, cheat. You are no longer a smoker, and only smokers are willing to smoke. It's an obvious fiction but it has worked for me.

I quit smoking that day I turned 30. Nearly a decade later, I'm so happy that I made that decision. I can't imagine trying to roll with crappy lungs.

Thanks Jem. I put a big mushy post up on facebook about it too. I try to inspire people I want everyone to be healthy. Most people don't even know how unhealthy they really are. Seriously, I thought I was perfectly healthy until I started JJ with Stew.

Quitting speed is easier then quitting smokes I'm coming up to 3 years non smoking 10 years drug free (weed excluded )
And I have a beer maybe once every 3 to 4 months congrats kurzy that's a huge achievement

Congrats on your gaining back health points. Im guessing your video gaming mustve gotten better without all that smoke in your eyes

It takes a lot of will power to quit smoking it's a good testament to your will power!
