Awesome Denny. I gotta say, since returning from LA early June. I learnt some of these breathing techniques from Denny at his seminar and since then, I have been taught the breathing technique from my yogi in Melbourne with very good results.
MY flexibility has improved and I generally feel way better when I do the exercises as opposed to when I skip them or miss doing them on alternate days. If I miss a day, I never feel the same. I had my guys try some of them, in an early morning class. Man we were literally sweating afterwards and felt great all session long. Interesting! I definitely feel so much more energetic and more awake and alert.
I am a huge advocate of breathing techniques. Have been all my career right throughout my fight days, to classical martial arts and now here through Jiu Jitsu and Yoga. Its all connected in my opinion and I'm diggin it.
