I interned at the gym and I just remember member solutions.
I will ask tomorrow if they also were called united professionals. If they were, beware lol.

Ever consider the idea of contracting out a collection agency or someone to do that? I know it's not ideal, but might be better than the billing agencies.

We use mindbody, but are looking for something else as well.
I'm the one who deals with all of this at our gym. We've used mindbody, champion's way, and now we're on Zen Planner. Zen Planner is, without a doubt, hands down, the best. No one compares. It's the most user friendly interface, and phenomenal customer service.
I don't think they're the same Zog, I asked both people who used to use it and they also only know it as member solutions.
Well the issuse is they sent us the forms to fill out to submit our students, and the forms have "Member Solutions" on it not United professionals.Quote:

Zen Planner is a management system and authorize.net is the merchant account on the back end that does the actual billing. It's super easy to get it all set up. This is the route I highly recommend taking.Quote:
