Our gym is only open 5 days a week and I try to hit all 7 classes on those days. At the very least I usually hit 6 classes in 4 days and I am working on running an open mat at the gym on Sundays for those who can't get in as much as they would like during the week.

I train 4 nights a week, every week. Also, about 2 Saturdays or Sundays a month depending on upcoming competitions, which is about every 6 to 8 weeks for us, we do an open mat for 2 or 3 hours. I used to train 2 days a week and I can't tell you the difference in progress it makes on how much you train.

I would love to be 2-4 times a week but most weeks it is only 1.

2 times a day 5 days per week. I miss one session a week on average though so 9 times. And at least an hour per day of instructional videos/BJJ matches. I break it down by the hour to get to my goal of 10 000 hours so if you train 3 hours a day 5 days per week you will get to 10 000 hours in 13 years.

I make it to bjj about 3-4 times a week, and usually stay and drill/roll with a purple belt after class if I'm not doing mma that night. And on days I can't make it to class, I get some reps in on my grappling dummy.

I would love to go every day but with a family and work it is difficult. I try for 3 days a week minimum. But I say that's better than nothing!

Jits typcally 2-3, Judo on Thursdays (though they just started offering a second class on Saturdays so hopefully this will become 2x a week).

I've been making a habbit to goto HQ 2x per week... and I train in the gi 6 days a week... but I'm working my rubber guard/Lockdown/Twister Side stuff :)
-
i get to train privately 3-4 times a week and then one group training in the week. sadly we have almost no jiu jitsu down here so i feel a bit like im scavenging training sessions when i can. just got a grappling dummy for my birthday so looking forward to getting reps on that a lot.

I've made it to where I could train 7 days a week but my wife does have days off and I try to make sure to spend the day with her. My new years resolution was to be able to train at least 5 times a week (Sometimes 2 a days to accomplish this). Looks like I'm able to do that and then some.
