Aaron...it doesn't hurt to play rubber guard just seems like stress on the knees so didn't know if I could make things worse. No healthcare so things have to be broke to get me to go to a doc. Seems best to rest and then stretch more.
If you are gonna keep testing it, just make sure you warm up before hand. Some people think that means stretching for 2 minutes before class starts. That's not gonna do it
you really got to get a badass butterfly stretch going on before its completely stress free. with big guys in the guard they are thick enough that you can keep em tight wo/being that flexible though.
Sounds like your on the right track with the rest and stretching. Heal up.
