I think he means people throw out those terms to validate their points, even if they are

Good, the worst thing a person, without a solid point, can do is start using these terms. They are just screwing themselves because these things are verifiable. On the other hand if some one writes an article authored by say "Ex Shill" and gives not one single piece of verifiable evidence . . .thats hard to disprove.
