And hell yeah dude, i'd say mix it up and try new things. Challenge yourself! Especially if you are pulling of the other moves with ease. :)

If you make a concious effort to try certain moves in competition and go on to exdcute them, thats true mastery, imho. :)

I'm the bald dude that you got in the flying triangle at naga this past weekend. Great work, enjoyed the roll. I'll definitely watch out for the flying triangles in future tournaments. Any good tournaments in Oregon coming up?
