The no hand requires flexibility as well as the dexterity to get the feet there. The butterfly stretch done properly will get you the flexibility, the dexterity needed is similar to laying on your lower back and circling your feet, "eggbeater" style.
Basically yes for about the past 2 months. Even during thanksgiving I would be holding conversations stretching. Hell I'm stretching while writing this.. I mean why not??Quote:
