The song is actually about tribal circumcision that is done as a right of passage for men in South Africa. The black rapper "Wanga" is an ostracized member of such a tribe. He refused the right of passage and his entire tribe turned on him, referring to him as the "Evil Boy" mentioned in the song. Circumcision done at teenage years can cause horrible disfigurement, sexual impotence, infection, and sometimes death.Quote:
