lol true, the trick i used in school is B (aBductor) for Butt because it works your butt and D for ... you know because its closer to your D... (ADuctor). What can I say, if the trick works use it..lol
Here's another exercise you can do, it works the adductors differently cuz the knee is extended (straitened) instead of flexed (curled).
You can use an ankle weight instead of a stick lol.
I've learned it by aductors are moving the leg towards your body, as in adding. Aductors add. But sarasin21's way was a lot better!
I learned that crap 2 but I found my way easier for myself.
Like the BEE muscles as for the "mobile wad of 3" (Brachioradialis, Extensor carpi radialis longis and Extensor carpi radialis brevis).
Also do you remember: Tensor facia lata, glute med and min, all abduct the femor, and help turn it in?
