Compete at as many tournaments as possible and keep learning from my mistakes and closing up the gaps in my game.
1. Master all of the MTS Warm-up series.
2. Obtain 10thPlanet Blue Belt.
3. Compete in first Amateur MMA Competition.
1) Drop 30 Lbs
2) Win IBJJF Worlds, Pans, and Chicago
3) Maintain my GPA
4) Apply for Med School
5) Play Rubber Guard against guys the same size as me, and also play rubber guard on my weak side
Stop drinking sodas and eating fast food
1. Beat my medal count from last year (16)
2. Travel to one big tournament (pans, worlds, etc.)
3. Continue to play more top game
4. Work a strength and conditioning routine back into my schedule
5. Start a jiu jitsu blog to record my experiences training and competing
6. Take another trip to California for nonstop training
