Out of all of them, Shroomtech has the most noticeable effect for sure. I like New Mood and Alpha Brain too. Alpha Brain isn't a miracle pill but it certainly does make me feel a sharper. New Mood has a nice effect as well. I lucid dream a lot, and the last two really help with that.
I'm a believer in both. A lot of times my jiu jitsu suffered because my cardio couldn't keep up. I started taking shroom tech for endurance, vitamin b12 for energy, and alpha brain just to see if it worked. Can't say I noticed a difference in alpha brain, but then again, I was hitting subs I've only seen on YouTube so I'm thinking it may work. But shroom tech works for sure. I never rolled for a full hour until I started taking shroom tech.
Main ingredient is cordyceps you will save a fortune just buying that instead
Onnit uses excellent ingredient sourcing and I've heard from other people in the supplement industry that their products are well made. If it wasn't a little cheaper for me to use my work discount (I work for Whole Foods), I'd definitely shop with them.
I use similar products from other companies and I'd say they are legit. Eating well and staying hydrated will work better than just the supplements, but when you do both, it's very noticeable.

Second, to people unsure: Just taking cordyceps is very diff than shroomtech. I have been a fan of cordyceps for a long time, and researched them well outside of what Rogan has presented. I have taken most brands of cordys available at supp shops, for consistant time frames (New Chapter, MRM, Naturesway), as well as direct from American and Chinese sources. Shroomtech uses contentrations of cordys which are much stronger than the major cordys brands on the market, as well as multiple strains of cordyceps in which it is not commin find a strain other than cs-4 otherwise. The exception would be you can work out a deal to source these from Aloha Medicinals, the company Onnit sources from, but unless your buying a large amount, it won't be any cheaper and they won't allow you access to the premium lines and your best bet is to create a wholesale account with Onnit, and order Shroomtech wholesale - they have great wholesale prices and minimum qtys are low. I source my own supplements for most things, but for these I use onnit.
Shroomtech is amazing and I notice massive improvement for it, and the studies backing cordyceps in combination with vitamin B show stellar results. The only people i've heard complain about it not working well are people who are used to stimulant based pre-work out mixes, so when shroomtech doesnt give them a rush and motivate them to do shit, they think it doesn't work. Shroomtech doesn't make you want to workout/train -- it makes you able to train/work more, faster, for longer, with more recovery in between.
Does anyone know if these products are gluten free? I was diagnosed with celiac a few months ago
since i really like vivid and intense dreaming i have found alpha brain to be worth it just for that. that said, i didn't notice much of the other effects.
Yes, tried it now... when i select to order Shroom Tech, then Norway isnt an option. Maybe they just allow some products thats passed the Norwegian food administration test.. Found a UK reseller on Ebay, so got an order in right now but chances are they wil be stopped in customs, hope not thou..Quote:
