Someone at HQ would need to champion it and cooordinate with the big dogs time and place then see how much buy in we get from moon dogs and independents. As we get a better idea of who /when and we can make a final desicion on venue and workshops. I would say looking 6m to a year out. HQ would make it simple and cost effective but if it were big enough you could look at Vegas but then you need to worry about location. Maybe a hotel or even partner with a 10p friendly gym there. As with anything lower cost = more people.
