wow...the last couple of minutes are amazing with just his philosophies and what brazilian jiu jitsu provides you with in regards to confidence and respecting others. Being able to box gave me this througout my life but BJJ added another level to it for being a complete system that I can do, even being 40 and extremely overweight (working on that part). The biggest thing for me is that it's a community and a family. I have received so much advice, training and well wishes just having someone see my BJJ t-shirt when I'm out and about.Quote:
