Google Mobility WOD. Be ready to fall down a rabbit hole.
The biggest problem with obtaining flexibility is consistency. It needs to be done daily, but not so hard you injure something and have to start all over again after healing. I just do it every day when im watching tv. Don't skip days, don't wreck yourself overstretching and it will come. Some folks get flexible in weeks others it takes up to 6 months. But I've never seen anyone that stuck to it that didn't become flexible
