Ghostin to Marce

Every time I watch this ghost shit I'm loving it more

Someday I will work on it. Its at least on the project list.

My crew has been having alot of success with Ghosting from the mount now as well. Mixing the Ghost with the JJ Mount escape makes it so hard to stay mounted. Makes it so you have to be super attentive while in the mount, no taking time of to catch your breath.

I'm loving that its catchin on in the system, can't wait to see how it develops. Scary stuffs!

This is super helpful for me, being the smallest in the gym and my divisions. Herzog I can't wait for your seminar..I am hoping we will do some ghosting!
