I like to go the keto/low carb route. 1 carby cheat meal a week. after having most of last year away from training due to work and injuries i started again 8 weeks ago. currently 35lb lost, fighting on saturday so will have sunday off and then start preparing for 3 grappling tournaments in the next 6 weeks and aim to stay low carb until i hit 220
I stare at the sun.
Earth grown nutrients. I Don't count calories I make calories count. Eat until I'm satisfied not until I'm full. I do, No GMO, No Preservatives, No Process when it comes to my food. I make 90% of what I eat on a daily basis.
I Cut out dairy, bread, pasta, rice, red meat, etc..
Now just eat a pound of spinach/broccoli before each meal and then eat as much chicken/fish/eggs as I want.
I try to eat as cleanly as possible. However brown bread and chocolate still calls me in a seductress voice and I usually always answer.
All organic, non gmo, non dairy, non soy raw food diet.
Think we all need to get on the cocaine and hookers diet!
It's not for the faint of heart. Don't bite off more than you can chew. I'll post my instructionals when I get a brown in roughly 10 years.
