I built our current Dojo. Its small at about 1700 sq. feet with a 9x23' loft for my office and some training equipment. 900 sq. feet of matted area, one bathroom with shower. I don't teach more than 10 students in a class (could do 12 if we had too). With the Gracie Barra school closed we may be expanding if the calls keep coming in.
