Is there a video of quarter ghost ? Can't seem to find it on technique list.

I'm really embracing the quarter clinch and Warm Up Series E game the last couple of months. The higher level guys are still finding their way through it but I'm having good success with guys at my level.

The 1/4 game I specifically play (been calling it bear trap) is very hard to play if your knees are slippery/greasy.

Wear knee sleeves, cotton tights or pants. Also, wear ankle sleeves. Slippery/greasy feet weaken the lockdown.
