Over under lateral drop. On hard surface the fight usually will end right there KO. When you get better at them you can put your weight into the throw as well. Bad news for the guy who gets thrown.
it doesn't mater what hooks you got just pick them up and throw them, and you should be able to do that to any close to your weight if there way bigger you have the speed advantage and you would want to strike with them.Quote:
