Learning all the warm up techniques and sequences is a great idea for any coloured belt, that's one of the main reasons I would visit this forum, to see the jiu jitsu specific warm ups. Are those warm ups used at every 10P gym?

Not being a big fan of the traditional warm up, I have our guys flow roll most of the time to warm up, my argument is that it is the most sports specific thing they can do but I really like the warm ups you guys do, a little more structured than mine. Gonna have to steal some :0)
I really like the warm ups. It has been really exciting watching all the new guys get programmed to perform these things during rolling. Their muscle memory just takes over. Very cool.
