Yup! He may be able to get away with it in his early 20s but it won't be too long before he needs to get on a "clean" diet to help his body recover faster and withstand better the wear and tear from hard training.

No mention of Kit being one those 4 year black belt freaks either, which I thought should have been mentioned.

Hoping Kit can do his thing. Both very different style wise so should be interesting.

I gotta go with Kit.
