Its called the Gracie Stomp, its pretty old school. The idea is that you throw a kick at your opponents knees a couple of times, then the next time you throw it your opponent will lower his hands to stop the stomp. If your opponents hands are down, he cannot punch and it allows you to close the distance and clinch without getting punched. It is mainly for an untrained opponent, haven't seen it in a while.
