How much nogi is at your school Kevin?
It's a Gracie Barra school so not much lol. We have one NOGI class a week and one MMA class then it's all gi classes. I have really bad arthritis so grip fighting for me is painful, so I train like NOGI most every class with the added threat and burden of my partners using grips. I started dropping in at
The Bomb Squad every time I was on vacation at the same time I started training at Gracie Barra Orlando so I feel I have the best of both worlds. I'm a big half guard player and 80% of what I play is lockdown 10Planet. I played a lot of deep half as a blue and purple belt but now I'm back to mostly lockdown.

Yup. Between us, Alliance and Top Team you have great instructors but heavy on either IBJJ or MMA. When you get here let me know and come by for a visit and get your roll on.
