Hi Chris can I just ask why your asking about this? I'm certainly no expert for sure but 36 seems abit young for this sort of stuff.
If you feel any sort of energy depletion at your age diet is most likely the source. Interestingly in a book I have it mentions a Government paper where Universities such as Yale, Columbia and U.S department of agriculture reported that 99% of the American people are deficient in food complexed minerals. This paper was written in in the 1930's!!!!! The average persons diet is even worse today due to all the modern day junk food.
Superfoods like Spirulina contain up to 70% complete protein whereas meat contains only 25%. Also stuff like Alfalfa grass contains all the known vitamins and minerals. If your interested I can recommend some good books about a healthy natural diet that ticks the box for every nutrient needed by the human body. Since changing my diet my energys levels are like when I was a kid even though I'm almost 27 now. Other testimonys from other people I have read have said the same thing. The saying is you are what you eat. If you eat shit you'll feel like shit.
That photo of Bob with the Bitch Tits is hilarious!
@ James, I am just really curious to see if anyone is using this type of therapy / program. Just throwing it out there as it is getting more and more popular on the West Coast.
I agree with you on diet and I eat pretty darn clean.
There is a BIG difference between 27 and 37 though James. You will have to take my word for it though. I personally want to be able to remain as young as possible physically and mentally as these things begin to deteriorate with age.
you shouldn't use HGH because your suppose to be done growing and you should only use Testosterone if you have a medical condition that needs it. if you want to put so spring back in your step make sure you get your vitamins, anti oxidants, and pro biotics.
Hmmm well should we not use Stem Cells either? HGH is the best and most effective treatment for HIV and AIDS too...
I understand what you're saying but not really a solid point Sly...to just say we shouldn't really isn't a great way to advance our species and life expectancy.
my mom had cancer. and he did the stem cell treatment. its a different story when your talking about people who are sick and dying. your a blue belt in jitjitsu so i dont think your dying quite yet. be happy for what god gave you and dont try to fuck with it
Well stem cells no longer have to come from a fetus as we've come along way in studies of it over the last couple of years and have successfully found a way to turn fat cells into stem cells.

All u need now is a fat friend and your good =]
Sorry about your Mom bro.
This isn;t about not being happy with what I have but being able to live life EVEN FULLER than our ancestors did.
I am just looking for people that have hard facts about positive results or negative results.
PS I don't beleive in "god" and most likey 70% on this forum don't.
I was curious about it too. I'm 41 yrs old and I still plan on competing in Jiu Jitsu for a few more years. From what I understand, it would most probably be beneficial to me. But I also understand that it's expensive. I have a few mouths to feed, and I simply wouldn't be able to afford it. So, I'm gonna have to rely on multi vitamins and Red Bull to keep me going a few more years. :)
