Yea the hardest part isn't the annoying pain, it's not being able to train. I know I'll never be 100%, I always have something that aches but something like the rib injury, i couldn't shrimp either, forget whip ups..
It doesn't help walking into another school though, telling them I used to train someplace, and certain people wanting to test you right away. But thanks for the response guys!

i had the upper ribs thing in the chest area from guys falling on me when im on bottom ,anyone else have it in the upper chest pectoral area ???

Aw DUDE, I'm rehabbing the same shit right now. I was shadowboxing the other day and re-strained the injury...SUCH a pain in the ass....
