Well, lets be honest about Kron just having received his BB, he has been training since he could walk (so 18ish years) and got a BB long, long, long after most people would have been wearing the rank.

Now Mr Elkin, does he or does he not have the courtesy to purchase and submit a token prior to walking through said guard as if it were a turnstile?

Or... OR perhaps he purchases a token but doesn't use it, as if to show that he will indeed comply, but you couldn't really control him had he not wanted to?
