Not likely. The world to me doesn't look like its run by a secret cabal in fact it looks like complete disorder. Robert Anton Wilson spoke of the SNAFU principle. Which basically is that everytime a person or group gets enough power/authority, immediately another person or group rises up to usurp that power creating essentially a balance and an unending disorder.
Also the Idea that the UN controls the world or could essentially be used as a World Government is laughable.

WE HAVE FOUND ABSOLUTE, SCIENTIFIC, EMPIRICAL, IRREFUTABLE EVIDENCE OF A WORLD CONSPIRACY. NOW WE MUST DEPROGRAM THE "SHEEPLE" AND RESTORE FREEDOM AND DEMOCRACY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They participated in terrorism, blackmail, arson, murder, treason and other various acts. It's now called the United States of America because they accomplished their goals. Our nation was founded on Masonic ideas and practices by Freemasons. 33% (13 of 39) of the people who signed the constitution of the United States were Freemasons including Franklin and Washington.
