How did everyone do? I also made it down to this comp. Got first in intermediate no-gi and blue-belt lightweight divisions. 5 matches, and four subs. Unfortunately, no video. I'm pretty sure I saw Compella taking photos with a bunch of medals and a couple swords, so I'm guessing everyone did pretty well.
@Kiko was a pop only I thought, but now I do think there is a bit of a break in there too, either way, it's gonna be some time off the mat, lame :(
@Brent No prob, was a pleasure, you did really well at the expert division, gives you a good gauge on what to tighten up.
Hmmm, may 7th..well, if John B. don't mind coaching that might be a plan :) I'm gonna try to hunt down as much footage as I can since there were multiple cameras being used and lots of matches happening, coaching 11 different fighters was a challenge, but fun as hell, like a human video game, lol. 5 first place, 1 second place, and 2 third place medals all together :)
It was good to meet you guys, we'll be looking for more than silvers next time around, looking forwards to hanging with you on the cruise :)
