Anybody ever try an inversion table for lower back pain?

If you're having lower back pain, I would suggest watching this video and then reading John Sarno's book Healing Lower Back Pain. Great info.

I played with one and I didn't think it felt that uncomfortable. Just remember to tuck in your t-shirt first before you go upside down.

I think I will go nude.

on second thought if tucking your shirt in prevents ankle injuries maybe I will go that way.
