Just watching that gets me so angry. Great job taking advantage and neutralizing that dickweed.

The only time you pull a gun is to use it period.

If a gun is pulled on you, you have every right to protect yourself as if your life is in danger, which includes deadly/lethal force. Your not as bad as the guy that pulled the gun, your protecting yourself, that comment is plain foolish.


Do you think that retard doesn't come back with friends with more guns after getting his ass handed to him, to get "revenge"?
Does he some how learn a lesson in humility and come back to be pals? He was a fucking idiot in the first place to pull the gun, is he now enlightened? The reality is he wont stop coming back. Work in the penal system for awhile and you understand the mindset of a criminal. This situation doesn't end with this video.

Very true Chris... also, from a legal perspective, once the guy pulls a gun he is using deadly force which gives you the right to defend yourself using deadly force, so even if the skater who was defending himself crushed that thug's skull in with his truck and killed him, he'd most likely have a legitimate self-defense, proportionate force legal defense. (dont misinterpret, im not saying kill the guy, im just saying u COULD)

And its easy to say what you "should" do until you've had a gun or another weapon shoved in your face.

Yes, I've had a gun pulled on me, and number of other weapons. I've worked 13+ years as a bouncer and 10 years at a juvenile correctional facility (ages 8-18), 5ys at an adult drug rehab. Those with criminal intent and with mental health issues do not see tha playing field the same as rational people, be prepared.
