I would recommend checking out the book: From Scrawny to Brawny. It has loads of great information about gaining muscle mass, work outs, and diet. I went from 155-175 pretty much just switching my diet and training Jiu Jitsu as much as I could.

Well as Jared said you're 15, there's noway you are gonna get a body like his that young. Besides from that it's shooting for the stars just a little bit when you don't have any muscles and too much body fat. Make goals that you can actually reach otherwise you will just burn yourself out trying. Besides from that; anatomi.
Any you're still growing kid. Just train and get your body used to working out.
But if you really want to, you can buy his DVD's here:

^ rushfit would be a good bet since its gsps workout. Though honestly I found the wonders of kettlebells and yoga and I dont think anything can beat those 2 when it comes to getting completely in shape. Since your only 15 it might be a struggle for you but your about to be at the the age when you can effortlessly get in shape and maintain it for a while just not quite there yet
lol i disagree it was alot easier for me to get in shape around 20 than when i was 15, i couldn't gain weight for nothing when i was 15
I dont get it i was 170 like a month ago, and i felt like shit for some reason so i drank water for like a week straight. Now im finally starting to eat more.
Research Tim Ferris and the f"our hour body". Interesting read on ways on dropping fat and gaining muscle mass. He pretty much tells you to stop anything white (rice, pasta, bread, milk...) even brown rice. Dieting or even cleaning up your diet is a bitch! But could be worth it on the long run. :)
No i fucking hate phil baroni
If Jiu Jitsu and Judo has taught me anything, it's that having a "perfect" body doesnt really matter with enough technique.
Especially at 15, when your hormones haven't fully kick in, you should be getting a head start on learning how to control positions and learning balance.....never mind how you look doing it.
Oh no i dont want the body so i look ripped doing jiu jitsu
i want it so i can grapple in bigger weight classes and ill feel more comfortable cuz i will be alot stronger,
also i want the women to be all over me
