It depends on who I'm grappling on what techs I use. I use most of the books and much of mts every day.
As long as you have never wrestled before, I can kinda wrestle. My counter wrestlin is best.

I try to use my rubber gaurd as a last resrort if the opponet wants nothing to do with my lock down and electic chair set up. Most of the time I hit this sweep and there is no need to pull my rubber. My most affective take downs are off a clinch set up. I am able to shoot in and get take downs from the out side but I find it anoying having to battle so much and struggle for a take down. I think this is what I was suppost to write.
