I saw a guy get black light tattoos in his sclera. It's pretty sick when the lights turn off. His eyes kind of glow in the dark.
I'd do it if I didn't have to worry about getting a job. When that day comes I'm gonna have some lime green eyeballs. Or the UV ink.
outside of the penal system these are getting pretty common. I seen a chick get a starry night thing done with her eyes. blue background yellow dots. all the ink spreads so the stars weren't as clean as one would want, but still looked very van gogh.
