I am assuming for his grip strength. Although mostly trained by GI practitioners, it is probably even more important in no-gi. Guys like Popowitch have sick grips where they can get wrist control from any position thorough out the match.

2. Watch about 30 min of tech before bed
3. Consistant training every week
4. Good food and sleep
I like to train cardio as much as possible

also having the best grappling gear, that covers your whole body helps so you dont get any sickness and dont have to stay out
also like brian said try and do it atleast once a week where you are out of your comfort zone, and put your goals into smaller goals, and smaller goals
Squeeze medicine balls in between your legs and RNC choke them. Work on leg curls and watch your half and full guards games explode. Happened to me!
